Story Outline: Blood Oath is a television drama about a legendary military story. It was directed by Lu Qi and starred by Zhao Hongfei, Du Ruoxi, Xuan Lu and Yan Yikuan. It tells a story of Chinese Revolution in the early 20th century with the life experiences of Qin Lan as the main storyline. Qin Lan, acted by Du Ruoxi, was a student growing up in Han Kou. She was aroused by the wave of the Great Revolution in China and wanted to join the Southern Revolutionary party with her classmates. In the process of searching for her boy-friend, she was involved in the struggle of various powers. For example, she became the bargaining chip of Zheng’s Village, barely got killed on the Longtan Mountain, and was forced to be a concubine in the Tian’s Village. Such tortuous experiences turned her from a delicate girl into a heroine. Finally, she led a team to the road to Revolution.
