“Silverman Holdings (01616-HK)” made an announcement that with effect from 9:00 a.m. on Friday, 3 November 2017, the English stock short name of the Company will be changed to “STARRISE MEDIA” from “SILVERMAN HL” and the Chinese stock short name of the Company will be changed to “ 星宏傳媒” from “ 銀仕來控股”.

   The website of the Company will be changed to www.starrise.cn with effect from 31 October 2017 to reflect the Change of Company Name.
